Cutting out soft drinks from your diet will help you lose weight but it all depends on how much you drink each day and how much you weigh. I don't think it would be anything dramatic but if you cut out soft drinks and changed your diet for the better and exercised more often; then you'll start to see more weight loss.

It depend on your health, if you are already in balance weight,
you should not loss the weight , you may become under weight
which is harmful.

It really doesn't matter how much soda you consume, it is also one fact but there are several other which has high fat. I would recommend you start regular workout and exercise to reduce weight.

Most experts say it's only healthy to lose between 1.5-2 lbs/week. So ideally about 8 lbs (which is enough to be visibly noticeable!) But hey, as long as you're feeling good and healthy, then maybe that wouldn't apply to you. Just listen to your body and don't over exert or starve yourself.

It depends on your workout which you will do to lose the weight but if you will use the dieting pills with the workout then you can easily lose 10 kg weight just in 60 days that is good weight.

You should concentrate on your diet and also take a good quality food rather than poor quality food and also you should do exercise daily round about 30 minutes. Than you can reduce your weight approximately 10 kg in 2 months.

I have been on several diet programs the past years. But none of them really seemed to help. Suddenly I heard about a diet in Belgium. The media calls it the miracle diet, so I started to do some research about it.
Seems that the Belgian politican Bart De Wever, who had been struggling with overweight for some years, started the diet program of Pronokal. He had started the diet around Christmas and by now he had lost over 40 pounds.
I started wondering what I had to do to start the diet program.
First of all you need to go to a doctor who has to check if you are able to start the diet program. You are only allowed to start the program after the doctor gives you green light, so remember that this is not for everyone. The diet program from Pronokal is medically very strict.
The program exists out of different phases, you have to go through all of them to reach your ideal weight. The phases contain: the medical examination, the protein diet, after that you are able to eat certain amounts of food again, followed by healthy diet. It is known that a lot of people start a diet but are unable to finish it. With this diet you are able to count on dietitians, psychologist and sport instructors who help you through the process.
I had to be strict on the Pronokal diet. Look at the facts – I started my diet at the 12th of January, and by now I had lost 23 pounds. So it is fair to say that this diet works, but you have to put an effort into it, making it work.
