Workout Playlists
Hi
I was just trying to "workout" a playlist for the gym. And I thought not every day is the same so you would have to have a seperate list per day/mood/training. Here are the first two playlists I can think of. Does anyone have any playlists they currently use? Maybe fair singer can help us with this one?
Playlist 1 (Encouragement/80s soundtracks)
1. Gonna Fly Now- Bill Conti
2. Eye of the Tiger- Survivor
3. Burning Heart- Survivor
4. Hearts on Fire- John Cafferty
5. Youre The Best Around- Joe Eposito
6. Lost in the Shadows- Lou Gramm
7. Push It To The Limits- Paul Engemann
8. Winner Takes It All - Sammy Hagar
Playlist 2 (Heavy/Angry)
1. Nobody Gets Out Alive- Skindred
2. Let The Bodies Hit The Floor- Drowning Pool
3. Twist The Knife (Slowly)- Nepalm Death
4. Raining Blood- Slayer
5. Cymetry Gates- Pantera
6. Enter Sandman- Metallica
7. Spit It Out- Slipknot
8. Euology For An Angel- From Autumn To Ashes

Re: Workout Playlists
Good topic Dannycap!
I will post the playlist later from the CD I created for my home gym! At the moment though (dont tell anyone) I am liistening to the new Girls Aloud album and it really motivates me
What sort of music motivates you in the gym? Its an important factor as it can mean the difference between a few extra reps if you are inspired by your fave track!
