Don't skip breakfast. People who eat breakfast are more likely to maintain a healthy weight. Breakfast should include protein and plenty of fibre; the combination will help satisfy your hunger and will keep you feeling full until lunch time. bit.ly qhc2YL great recipes for a healthy breakfast either when you are on the run and don't have time or for days when time is not important. Aim to enjoy breakfast shortly after you wake up. If you're not into eating early, have your first meal within an hour of waking up. If you're working out first thing, make sure to eat something small like a piece of toast with almond butter or a hard-boiled egg. Then eat something a little more substantial after your workout.

Well your metabolism and your digestion system hasn't "experienced food" for a long time. It is very important that you eat even if it's a small piece of candy or apple. As long as you get your body started. It takes only about 2 minutes to eat a whole apple and a glass of milk, orange juice, e.t.c. I wake up at 6:45 and leave the house at 7:30. I would recommend if your a student and you leave your house at the same time I do wake up watch your favorite television show and eat a bowl of cereal/ oatmeal.
Hope this will help you!! Very Happy
