Re: How much water should a normal?
This will vary depending on your weight, sex etc but here are some good guidelines:
Rehydration
Science has discovered that the total amount of water lost each day is approximately two litres in sedentary adults in cool environments. Although the daily minimum requirement is about 8-10 cups just to maintain ef?cient bodily functions, regular exercise and hot/humid weather compounds the need to increase ?uid intake. This brief table re?ects the differences in ?uid requirements brought on by activity and environment:
Person Environment Fluid replacement (daily)
Sedentary cool 2-3 litres
Active cool 3-6 litres
Sedentary warm 3-5 litres
Active warm 5-10 litres
To consume this much water on a daily basis may seem daunting. However, try to drink water continuously in small amounts as the process of re-hydration can be very slow.

How much water should a normal?
Water is your body's principal chemical component and makes up about 60 percent of your body weight. Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.
Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. Even mild dehydration can drain your energy and make you tired.
Every day you lose water through your breath, perspiration, urine and bowel movements. For your body to function properly, you must replenish its water supply by consuming beverages and foods that contain water. So how much water does the average, healthy adult living in a temperate climate need? In general, doctors recommend 8 or 9 cups. Here are the most common ways of calculating that amount:
Replacement approach. The average urine output for adults is about 1.5 liters (6.3 cups) a day. You lose close to an additional liter (about 4 cups) of water a day through breathing, sweating and bowel movements. Food usually accounts for 20 percent of your total fluid intake, so if you consume 2 liters of water or other beverages a day (a little more than 8 cups) along with your normal diet, you will typically replace your lost fluids.
Eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day. Another approach to water intake is the "8 x 8 rule" — drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day (about 1.9 liters). The rule could also be stated, "Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of fluid a day," as all fluids count toward the daily total. Although the approach really isn't supported by scientific evidence, many people use this easy-to-remember rule as a guideline for how much water and other fluids to drink.
Dietary recommendations. The Institute of Medicine advises that men consume roughly 3 liters (about 13 cups) of total beverages a day and women consume 2.2 liters (about 9 cups) of total beverages a day.
thanks.......

Re: How much water should a normal?
I guess at least ten glasses of water we must have per day and it is more important for your kidneys and to keep your skin well.

Re: How much water should a normal?
Water is essential to good health, yet needs vary by individual. You can do some research and use a calculator and measuring cup if you like, but nature's pretty good at letting you know the right amount to drink.

Re: How much water should a normal?
8 to 10 glasses of water per day.
Increase water consumption when sweating, like exercises or a very hot day, when you body become dehydrated. When you're thirsty, that means you're dehydrated.
You just don't want to drink an excessive amount of water at one time, but people don't usually do that anyway.Water for us is like oil for a car, it lubes your body.

Re: How much water should a normal?
At least 8 or more glasses of water per day or at least 1-2 liters to avoid dehydration
Re: How much water should a normal?
Generally not less than 8 to 10 glasses a day is good for health, more than that is not a problem, In case if you are not taking the sufficient water take the juices as the alternatives.

Re: How much water should a normal?
But don't put your water container or cup down just yet. While we may not need eight cups, there are plenty of reasons to consume plenty of water. In fact, water (either simply or in the form of other liquids or foods) is essential to your health.

Daily eight glass of water is enough. For a normal person eight glass of water is good for health. You can increase it if your body accept, don't over load your body take water according to your requirement.

Re: How much water should a normal?
I drink, on average, three liters of water a day. Some days I drink more, but I try very hard to get at least three liters. If I drink less than that, I feel it the next day with bloating and fatigue.
