How important is the diet when it comes to a workout plan?
I read these magazines that have these excellent workout plans. I do the workouts, but I don't do the crazy diet that they show with it. I don't eat a lot of egg whites and things like that, but I do make sure I eat healthy and drink protein shakes like "Muscle Milk". Is it important to follow the diet plan that they have in these magazines? I mean, prisoners don't follow a series diet plan and they come out pretty ripped.

I too eat very well but to reduce weight we should maintain a balance diet. But I eat lipids at morning and evening hours. I diet during the night and run 10 minutes on the treadmill. In one month time I reduce 18 kilograms.

Diet is the most important key then a excellent workout plan. stay away from muscle milk and get some Optimum whey. Eat right and workout hard then you will see the results over time..

It is essential to have a diet plan which would increases the outcome for your workouts.

The diets are a great way to discipline yourself and keep a track on your calorie intake. I find if I don't follow a particular eating plan I can easily forget I have consumed that chocolate bar or cake and kid myself I have been eating healthily. Stick to a recommended eating plan with exercise and you are almost guaranteed results.

it's not wise to eat a large amount of fat after a workout.
Plan your workouts right before heavy meals.
If you postpone working out, when you finally do, you will end up overtraining. Healthy breakfast also can provide you a good balanced diet.
