1. Don't expect to lose more than 2 lbs. of fat each week, smooth abs are not going to come overnight.
2. Do eat breakfast, preferably high proteins and within 30 minutes of waking
3. Don't forget about proteins. The body needs proteins to develop those ab muscle tissue, and all the muscle tissue in your system.
4. Get a good daily exercise, one of my most important tips for a smooth belly.
5. Don't go a while without eating. This is one of the main causes of unnecessary eating and puts your system into hunger method.

2. Drink plenty of water a day, minimum seven or eight glass.
3. Eat high fibre diet.
4. Drink Green Tea daily.
5. Eat smaller meals during the day.
6. Balance your diet & eat more green vegetables, fruits.
7. Avoid junk foods.
Try these all tips and get rid of stomach fat.

Trying checking height where you have your step box,which will greatly influence the intensity of the exercise, never have the step box higher than your knee height.Also trying step up onto the box with one foot, keeping the other foot firmly on the floor.
